Al enkele weken was het geweten dat waarschijnlijk Ben Collins de mysterieuze Stig speelt in hét autoprogramma Top Gear. The stig heeft zich nu zelf verraden en een mooie pluim voor hem, want The Stig is toch wel een essentieel element voor het succes van de tv-show. Dat het programma een waar cultprogramma is, blijkt misschien wel uit het feit dat ik ondertussen een wekelijkse kookdate heb met wat vrienden en vriendinnen om samen naar Top Gear te kijken.

Ook de “some say”-quotes waarmee The Stig altijd wordt voorgesteld zijn hilarisch:
